What It Takes To Lose Weight

This may sound too simple but if you think about all your efforts to lose weight in the light of this one idea I think you will realize it’s value.

Consistent Effort.

That’s it. Think about anything you apply a consistent effort to and answer this question, did you make progress?

Whatever approach you take, exercise or eating better, ask yourself, am I being consistent? Am I really being consistent? I have to ask that because I know myself that when I see my weight inching up I can also look back and see I have been exercising less and/or eating more.

One of the main reasons diet programs work is because they raise our awareness of what we need to do to lose weight.

I have lost 25 pounds and that belly thing that used to walk around in front of me is gone. I still need to lose more but I am on my way.
