Moderating carbohydrates is essential in losing weight. Eat food that digests slower like whole grain or bananas.
I made this today and it was delicious and healthy.
Whole grain pasta cooked with some sliced green onions and garlic in the water. After draining put a bunch of fresh cut basil and pasta or italian seasoning on it, then pour a little olive oil on it. Then when it is ready on the plate take a bunch of tomotes which were cut in chunks and soaked in some orange juice on it put them on the plate and you are done. Enjoy.
