Spicy Low Calorie Shrimp Recipie

put this in a pan heat it nice and hot:  

about a quarter inch to 3/8 inch deep in a fry pan  

 honey, lemon juice, garlic, tobasco, pepper  

then when it is very hot – throw in a bunch of shrimp that also have pepper on them.

   friggen yummieee  

Also take some vegies (I used cauliflower and broccoli) , put them in a bowl, pour in olive oil so they are covered with it then more lemon juice, nuke them about 5 min.

  I swear I just ate this but writting this out still made my mouth water.
