Here is how to keep the weight off. This is simple but difficult. Difficult because it involves changing habits. Simple because these tips work everytime.
- Become more active. In any way you can live a more physically active life. Whatever it takes for you, however you can find modivation, the simple act of moving my formally fat ass more is keeping the weight I have lost off.
- Eat more healthy food. You know what that is, fresh food. As is or steamed. Get the ones you like, try different ones, experiment with seasonings.
Simple yes, but give yourself time to adjust and don’t beat yourself up if you don’t do this immediately. Being active and eating healthy are critical to weight loss, health, energy and longevity.
Personally some days I wish my body was designed differently and did not require so much maintenance. I have the choice, use it or lose it. Take care of my body and enjoy health and energy ot not.
It is up to you. Please stay with it, you will be glad you did. I recently have to wear a belt on a pair of pants I could not even get into. It is worth it. That felt really good
