1) CONSUME FEWER CALORIES:- This may not sound so good since you know you eat too much but it works. Eat fewer calories and you will lose weight. There are different ways you can do this. One way is to write down everything that you eat in a week and add up the average number of calories you are consuming each day. But that is tedious. Better to find which foods are lower calorie and eat those. Find which foods are higher calorie and avoid them. Almost all fresh food is low calorie. When you consistently eat the lower calorie foods you will lose weight. Avoid most baked foods because they have high fat content and high calories. Then adjust your eating habits so that you are eating less calories each day than your current average.
2) START EATING THE RIGHT FOODS:- Than means Fresh Food number 1 everyday. Lean meats, vegetables, whole grains are good when not baked, like cereals and oatmeal.
3) YOU MUST DRINK MORE WATER:- A big glass first thing in the morning and water with meals instead of anything else. Being properly hydrated keeps your body functioning at its optimal level meaning you can burn fat more efficiently. It reduces water retention and the additional weight that this may bring, yea that sounds odd but your body will retain all available water when it is not getting enough all the time.People often eat when actually they are dehhydrated.
4) YOU GOTTA EXERCISE:- Any amount you can start with now then build from where you are. A short walk, if that is all your are up for, fine. Get up and move around more whenever you remember. Watch TV standing up. Park at the far end of the parking lot. Catch the stairs once in a while. Make being more active a part of your daily life. This will add up to less weight over time. It is inevitable. Go dancing. Walk to the supermarket then you can only cary a couple bags back. This stuff works.
5) EAT POTASSIUM:- Avocados, bananas and apricots have lots of potassium. Potassium can help remove excess sodium.
6) EAT PROTEIN:- Protein can be found in raw meats, dairy products and even supplements. Research has shown eating protein with a temporary fat burning effect and a suppressed appetite.
7) MAKE YOURSELF A PLAN:- Write it down and put it on your refridgerator so your friends and family can tease you for being a fat ass. Get some guts!
STAY POSITIVE:-When they tease you tell them to piss off then go for a walk and plan your revenge.
