Seriously all you fat people are creating health problems that are costing everybody. While you sit around stuffing your face with Oreos and Ice Cream and Potato Chips or whatever it is you are eating too much of you are racking up cash on the national deficit. And are you going to have any energy to do anything about it after 5 hours straight in front of the television? Fat Chance.
One dollar a pound per year for every pound overweight in America would add up to BILLIONS of dollars. Maybe Trillions. Just look at the blubber bouncing everywhere. (Start with a mirror)
This would probably motivate some people to lose weight so it could have diminishing returns but probably not by much. Everybody knows being fat causes all kinds of health problems but has that made any noticeable reduction in obese fat asses waddling along belching their way to the next french fry station? Fat Chance.

To me this is healthy junk food. It is kind of sweet tasting, enough that it will satisfy my sweet tooth.
Food For Life Brand Cinnamon Raisin Bread, toasted with a little bit of cinnamon powder too. I really like cinnamon, does that make me a cinner? No because Cinnamoin is healthy. So is the raisins and bread. The bread is sprouted multi grain bread and raisins add lots of vitamins.

Being fat is one of the biggest causes of chronic illness. So why do you stay fat? Lots of reasons. One of the biggest reasons people stay fat is because they use food to manage emotions.
Eating food feels good emotionally. It distracts us from the negative feelings, feelings of stress, feelings of emptiness. We even eat when we are happy. Eat to celebrate.
Not only eating too many times driven by feelings but what we eat is a big contributor. I won’t go into all the crappy food you know you eat.
The answer? Eat more fresh fresh food. This may not be as easy as it sounds. Eating habits are deeply ingrained since childhood. I started out just trying different things and finding out what I liked. I have found that the change to eating a lot of fresh food has meant I really do not have to watch out if every little thing I eat might make me gain weight. As long as I eat plants mainly. It is ok to cook them too.
I have also experimented with a lot of different seasonings so I can make food that tastes good. It is important it tastes good. Trying your own experiments is more valuable than trying to eat from any list I may offer. We all have different tastes. I eat bananas and potatoes too because I like them. Berries and grapes and whatever seems good. I am making a vegitable soup right now. I used some beef boulion and a little rice in there so it will be filling.
Learning to eat fresh food can save your life. You will have more energy and naturally become more active.
